Retrograde Venus in Second House in Scorpio
When retrograde Venus is placed in the second house of a horoscope in Scorpio, Libra rises in the ascendant. Venus rules the first and eighth house. In general, it is partly benefic and partly malefic here, though the benefic part is higher, in most cases. In this case, native’s father may die before his age of 10 or 5. The native may witness a troublesome childhood.
