Retrograde Venus in Second House in Libra
When retrograde Venus is placed in the second house of a horoscope in Libra, Virgo rises in the ascendant. Venus rules the second and ninth house. In general, it is benefic here, in most cases. In this case, native’s father may die before his age of 10 or 5. His mother may get married again, but he may not have a good equation with his stepfather.
