Retrograde Venus in Eleventh House in Scorpio
When retrograde Venus is placed in the eleventh house of a horoscope in Scorpio, Capricorn rises in the ascendant. Venus rules the fifth and tenth house. In general, it is benefic here, in most cases. Venus rules the fifth and tenth house, and it is placed in the eleventh house.
