Retrograde Saturn in 9th House in Capricorn
When retrograde Saturn is placed in the ninth house of a horoscope in Capricorn, Taurus rises in the ascendant. Saturn rules the ninth and tenth house. In general, it is benefic here, in most cases. Retrograde Saturn in the ninth house of horoscope in Capricorn is benefic in most cases, though it may turn malefic in some cases.
