Retrograde Mercury in Third House in Pisces
When retrograde Mercury is placed in the third house of a horoscope in Pisces, Capricorn rises in the ascendant. Mercury rules the sixth and ninth house. In general, it is partly benefic and partly malefic here, though the benefic part is higher, in most cases.
