Exalted Ketu in Third House
Ketu is exalted in Scorpio as well as in Pisces. For the sake of this discussion, we’ll consider both these placements of Ketu. Exalted Ketu in the third house of a horoscope is benefic in some cases whereas it is malefic in some cases.
