Debilitated Saturn in Second House
When debilitated Saturn is placed in the second house in a horoscope, Pisces rises in the ascendant. Debilitated Saturn is malefic in the second house in many cases though it may turn benefic in some cases. This may happen when Saturn is influenced by benefic planets, such as through conjunction and/or aspects.
