Debilitated Mars in Third House
When debilitated Mars is placed in the third house in a horoscope, Taurus rises in the ascendant. Debilitated Mars is malefic in the third house in many cases though it may turn benefic in some cases. This may happen when Mars is influenced by benefic planets, such as through conjunction and/or aspects. As the number of benefic planets and the strengths of such planets increase, Mars may become more benefic.
Since Mars is weak due to debilitation, it may become easy for benefic planets to add positivity to Mars. If debilitated Mars is influenced by one or more than one benefic planet in the third house, it may turn significantly or highly benefic. Apart from that, the overall theme of horoscope having such debilitated Mars can also turn it benefic in some cases, when such theme is benefic. Taking an example, suppose debilitated Mars is placed in the third house of a horoscope in Cancer with benefic Mercury. Venus is placed in the second house in Gemini, benefic exalted Moon is placed in the first house in Taurus, benefic Rahu is placed in the eleventh house in Pisces, Ketu is placed in the fifth house in Virgo and Jupiter is placed in the seventh house in Scorpio. In this case, the native may engage in travel industry or hotel industry. He may get a well-paying job in one of these fields and he may come across good amount of success, money, fame and recognition through his profession.
If benefic Sun is placed in the third house in Cancer with Mercury and Mars, and benefic Saturn is placed in the first house in Taurus with Moon, the equation may become better. In this case, the native may start his own tour and travel company after the age of 35, and he may witness very good amount of success, money and recognition through this profession. The native may witness very good results after the age of 40 and even better results after 50. If the finer factors and running times are supportive, the native may earn billions through his profession.
Apart from these, benefic debilitated Mars in the third house of horoscope can bless the native with several other good results, depending on his overall horoscope.
On the other hand, malefic debilitated Mars in the third house of horoscope can trouble the native with problems related to marriage, husband, wife, profession, finances, reputation, siblings and several other problems, depending on his overall horoscope.
In horoscopes with Taurus ascendant, Mars rules the seventh house, along with the twelfth house. Hence it represents marriage, husband and wife among other things. Since it is very weak due to debilitation and it is malefic; the native may witness delay in marriage, disturbances after marriage and/or one or more failed marriages, depending on his overall horoscope and running times.
Taking an example, suppose malefic debilitated Mars is placed in the third house of a horoscope in Cancer with malefic exalted Jupiter. Neechbhang Rajyoga may not be formed in this case, since both Mars and Jupiter are malefic. On the contrary, these two planets may form a highly malefic combination in the third house. If this is the horoscope of a female native, she may witness delay in marriage. Hence she may not get married till the age of 35, 40 or more, depending on her overall horoscope and running times. If this is the horoscope of a male, the placement of Venus carries great importance.
Suppose Venus is placed in the fourth house in Leo with benefic Sun, benefic exalted Mercury is placed in the fifth house in Virgo, debilitated Saturn is placed in the twelfth house in Aries with malefic Ketu, and malefic Rahu is placed in the sixth house in Libra. In this case, the native may get married before the age of 25. However, he may witness serious problems in his marriage, it may fail and he may settle in his second or third marriage. If benefic Moon is placed in the second house in Gemini, the equation may become more troublesome for marriage. In this case, the native may witness two, three of more failed marriages, depending on the finer factors and running times. The native may lose his first wife to divorce whereas he may lose his second wife to death.
Apart from these, malefic debilitated Mars in the third house of horoscope can trouble the native with several other problems, depending on his overall horoscope and running times.
