Refund and Cancellation:
Note: Working hours are 10 AM to 2 PM, and 3 PM to 8 PM Indian Standard Time on all working days except on Sundays and National Holidays in India.
Clients may request full refunds for any reasons of their own, at any time after making payment; up to 4 working hours before their appointments. The refunds are generally issued within 3 working days after receiving such requests.
In case a refund or rescheduling request is received within 4 hours of appointment time, partial or no refund may be issued, solely based on the discretion of the website administration.
In case a client neither shows up for his/her appointment, nor a refund or rescheduling request is received till the time of appointment, partial or no refund may be issued, solely based on the discretion of the website administration.
The refund as and when issued, may take as many days to reach the client, as the financial channels engaged may take, after it has been issued. The website administration is not liable for any delays/issues which may occur due to financial/banking channels.
The website administration reserves the right to cancel any appointment due to any circumstances or reasons; even at short notice like 5 minutes before the appointment. In such case, one such client has a right to ask for full refund. The payment will be refunded in full, upon client’s request. If one such client wishes to reschedule his/her appointment instead of opting for refund, the website administration may assign a fresh appointment to the client; or it may choose to issue full refund instead of rescheduling such appointment, solely on its discretion.
In case there is no-show at the time of appointment from our end; and no prior information about cancellation of appointment is sent to the client; the client has a right to ask for full refund. The payment will be refunded in full, upon client’s request.
