Debilitated Saturn in Second House
When debilitated Saturn is placed in the second house of a horoscope in Aries, Pisces rises in the ascendant. Saturn rules the eleventh and twelfth house. In general, it is partly benefic and partly malefic here, though the malefic part is higher, in most cases.
