Retrograde Jupiter in Ninth House in Pisces
When retrograde Jupiter is placed in the ninth house of a horoscope in Pisces, Cancer rises in the ascendant. Jupiter rules the sixth and ninth house. In general, it is partly benefic and partly malefic here, though the benefic part is higher, in most cases. Retrograde Jupiter in the ninth house of horoscope in Pisces is benefic in many cases, though it may turn malefic in some cases. Taking an example for a female native, suppose retrograde Jupiter is placed in the ninth house of a horoscope in Pisces with malefic retrograde Saturn. Pitra Dosh is formed in the ninth house. Benefic debilitated Venus is placed in the third house in Virgo, benefic debilitated Sun is placed in the fourth house in Libra, exalted Mars is placed in the seventh house in Capricorn, and Moon is placed in the sixth house in Sagittarius. In this case, the native may lose her father to death or due to divorce between her parents, before her age of 20 or 15. Her first marriage may fail, and she may settle in her second marriage.
If malefic Rahu is placed in the sixth house in Sagittarius with Moon, Ketu is placed in the twelfth house in Gemini, and malefic Mercury is placed in the fourth house in Libra with Sun, the equation may become more troublesome. Grahan Yoga is formed in the sixth house. In this case, native’s father may die before her age of 15 or 10. She may witness 2 or 3 failed marriages, and she may settle in her third or fourth marriage.
