Retrograde Saturn in 7th House in Libra
When retrograde Saturn is placed in the seventh house of a horoscope in Libra, Aries rises in the ascendant. Saturn rules the tenth and eleventh house. In general, it is benefic here, in most cases. Retrograde Saturn in the seventh house of horoscope in Libra is benefic in most cases, though it may turn malefic in some cases. It may happen when such Saturn is influenced by one or more malefic planets, and/or an overall malefic horoscope. When benefic in nature, retrograde Saturn in the seventh house of a horoscope in Libra can bless the native with good results related to friends, marriage, husband, wife, profession, finances, reputation, authority, recognition, fame and several other good results, depending on his/her overall horoscope and running times.

Benefic Rahu is placed in the first house in Aries, retrograde Jupiter is placed in the fourth house in Cancer with debilitated Mars, benefic Sun is placed in the twelfth house in Pisces, and benefic Venus is placed in the eleventh house in Aquarius with Mercury. In this case, the native may engage in politics, and he may become a member of parliament of his country.
If benefic Moon is placed in the fourth house in Cancer with Jupiter and Mars, the equation may become better. In this case, the native may come across very good amount of success, recognition, fame and authority through politics. He may win several public elections, and he may become a minister in national government, more than once. If the finer factors and running times are supportive, he may become prime minister or president of his country, more than once in his life.
On the other hand, malefic retrograde Saturn in the seventh house of a horoscope in Libra can trouble the native with problems related to friends, marriage, husband, wife, profession, finances, reputation, authority, recognition and several other problems, depending on his/her overall horoscope and running times.
Saturn rules the tenth and eleventh house, and it is placed in the seventh house. If such retrograde Saturn is influenced by malefic planets, and/or an overall malefic horoscope, the native may witness various types of problems related to or through his friends, marriage and/or wife. Considering friends, he may not have good friends, and many of his friends may be selfish, opportunists, criminal-minded, criminals, drug addicts, traitors and/or they may have some other negative traits. The native may witness several problems due to such friends, many times in his life. Considering marriage, the native may witness delay/disturbances in marriage, and/or one or more failed marriages. He may have serious differences of opinion with his wife, she may suffer from a long-lasting illness, she may be an alcoholic and/or a drug addict, she may be a criminal, she may not be loyal to him, she may have extramarital affair/affairs, and/or she may die within 10 or 5 years of marriage.
The native may witness delays, financial losses, setbacks, failures, job loss, bad reputation and several other problems related to or through his profession. He may also become a criminal. Taking an example, suppose retrograde Saturn is placed in the seventh house of a horoscope in Libra with Mars. Malefic exalted Rahu is placed in the sixth house in Virgo with retrograde Jupiter, malefic exalted Ketu is placed in the twelfth house in Pisces with Moon, and Sun is placed in the eighth house in Scorpio. Guru Chandal Yoga is formed in the sixth house whereas Grahan Yoga is formed in the twelfth house. In this case, the native may become a criminal. He may engage in drug trafficking, financial crimes and violent crimes. He may get caught and he may spend more than 7 years in prison.
If Venus is placed in the eighth house in Scorpio with Sun, and malefic Mercury is placed in the seventh house in Libra with Saturn and Mars, the equation may become more troublesome. In this case, the native may witness 1 or 2 failed marriages, and he may not have children. He may engage in several types of crimes, and he may kill many people. He may get caught and he may spend 15 years or more in prison. If the finer factors and running times are very bad, he may get killed in an encounter with police, between his age of 30 and 40. One of his friends may betray him, and such friend may sell him out to police.
