Retrograde Mars in Third House in Taurus
When retrograde Mars is placed in the third house of a horoscope in Taurus, Pisces rises in the ascendant. Mars rules the second and ninth house. In general, it is benefic here, in most cases. Retrograde Mars in the third house of horoscope in Taurus is benefic in most cases, though it may turn malefic in some cases.
