Retrograde Saturn in 6th House in Aquarius
When retrograde Saturn is placed in the sixth house of a horoscope in Aquarius, Virgo rises in the ascendant. Saturn rules the fifth and sixth house. In general, it is partly benefic and partly malefic here, though the benefic part is higher, in most cases. In this case, the native may not have her first alive child till her age of 35/40, and she may witness 1 or 2 miscarriages.
If Moon is placed in the eighth house in Aries, and malefic Sun is placed in the fifth house in Capricorn with Mercury, the equation may become more troublesome. In this case, the native may have serious medical issues related to her reproductive system. She may witness 2, 3 or 4 miscarriages, though she may give birth to at least one alive child. If the finer factors and running times are very bad, she may die while giving birth to a child, or soon after that, due to serious medical complications. Her child may survive, and he/she may be raised by his/her father.
